Michael Rapetti and Ryan Phinny founded The Motoring Club after finding they shared a passion for cars. Rapetti has a tech background and Phinny's background is in hospitality and racing. Their interests and talents mesh well, making The Motoring Club a destination for people all over the country.

Rapetti had the idea for The Motoring Club while working for Vroom, an automotive start-up in New York City. He envisioned a place where car enthusiasts could come together anytime to share their passion for all things automotive. He moved to Los Angeles and began making connections in the car world. While in LA, Rapetti met Phinny and they became business partners bring The Motoring Club to life.
